There was a big surge of businesses in the 2000’s that either already had security cameras or were getting them. So, there were plenty of customers who needed help with updating their systems, getting them working, using them correctly, and getting them connected with their phones and laptops.
ICU Security was there through it all. We watched the boom of security camera use, the leaps in technology, and the implementation into new fields and businesses. We really have seen everything. And from the beginning, our focus has always been on excellent service and information for the local community.
We were so driven to educate folks on the ways security cameras could help businesses, we started our own restaurant to use as a demo site.
Through this operation, ICU Security could easily show all the ways that owners and management could coach staff through customer service and operations using the camera system from an offsite location.
We’ve always said, “You want to catch people doing things right, so you don’t have to catch them doing things wrong.”
Our relationship doesn’t end on installation—it begins.
The other way we work with educating the community is by partnering with the local news. You just might catch us on Channel 2 providing tips and advice on how to stay safe in your home. When there is a ring of burglaries, the news comes calling ICU Security to inform their audience about the latest in surveillance technology.
We are a preferred vendor of the Greater Nashville Apartment Association, GNAA, for surveillance cameras for apartments. We also have preferred vendorship with Precision Tune Automotive (we’ve serviced over 60 of their locations in the US) and the YMCAs. Our teams have done work in all of the YMCAs in Middle Tennessee, and the greater Birmingham area.
Many companies sell surveillance equipment, but few truly have the expertise to support it. That’s the ICU difference.
Our relationship doesn’t end on installation—it begins.
Regular support by our experts ensures optimal performance and longevity of your security system, keeping it reliable and up to date.
